May 2006 - City Park Wins Commercial Development of the Year Award

Elphinstone was delighted to pick up an award for their City Park Development, at the Scottish Property Awards 2006 which were held on the 17th May at the Glasgow Hilton, organised by Property Week.

"City Park" won the Scottish Commercial Development of the year and Elphinstone Chief Executive Ken Ross and Commercial Director Ken Campbell collected the award on behalf of the Elphinstone team.

The Scottish Property Awards are judged by the Scottish Property Academy, a group of senior individuals from the Scottish property industry. The awards aim to recognise the professionalism, individuality and flair of the property industry in Scotland.
