January 2006 - New 58,500 Sq.Ft. Lettings at City Park, Glasgow

New deals at City Park, Glasgow will see a further 58,500 sq.ft. of space let in the Grade B listed office development. Halcrow, specialists in the provision of planning, design and management services for infrastructure development worldwide are due to occupy 37,000 sq.ft. on the third floor. Also on the third floor, Homebuy Group plc, the UK wide market leaders supplying home furnishings direct to the consumer have already moved in and are occupying 15,500 sq.ft. Glasgow Housing Association has taken 6,000 sq.ft. on the ground floor. Prime space remaining at City Park is 50,000 sq.ft. all on the second floor, with views out over the Renfrewshire Hills and the City.
